("Comfity"). Accessing the Platform makes the visitor a User and entails full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Cancellation Policy.

Comfity is a technology platform that connects families with independent home professionals. Comfity acts solely as an intermediary and does not directly provide the services contracted through the Platform. The contractual relationship arising from each service is established directly between the family and the professional.

Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website and the mobile application — including texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphic design and source code — is the property of Comfity or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of such content without Comfity's express written authorisation is prohibited.

Liability
