Delete my account and data

Comfity commits, within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the request, to effectively delete the personal data associated with the requesting person held in our systems.

What we delete

Your user account, profile, address, booking history, messages, ratings and any other associated personal data. We will retain only the data legally required (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records) for the legally mandated periods, properly blocked from further processing.

How to request it

Enter the email you registered with and accept the privacy policy. Submitting the form will open your email client with a prepared message addressed to our support team; just press send to complete the request.
